Field service representatives are empowered with the ability to get information, manage service activities, and input data while in the field using their smart devices and laptops. Information is shared with the home office in real-time – we track all service history, including detailed part information.

  • Territory Based Support – Local technical support teams are territory-based, which enables them to obtain a familiarity with your infrastructure and history of your equipment. A consistent team builds strong, knowledge-based relationships that improve the quality of each support experience.
  • Immediate Call Notification to a Factory Trained Service Representative – As soon as your call has been received it is immediately sent via cell network to the trained service representative. Upon receipt of the call the technician will contact you within one hour.
  • Call Completion and History Tracking – All calls are completed by the technician at the customer’s location and the information is uploaded into our automated system. This allows for immediate parts ordering and history tracking of all service performed.
  • PARTS REPLENISHMENT

  • Automated Parts Replenishment – The e-Automate system enables our service representatives to automatically input parts remotely which in turn triggers our automated systems to replenish the technician’s inventory.
  • Parts on Hand – Field support teams carry a full stock of parts ensuring they arrive at your office with the correct items enabling on-site resolution.
