This new optional service was designed to give companies who do not have the luxury of their own IT department, the comfort of knowing that they will not have to worry about such situations as:  

• Connecting and configuring new workstations to print to the Accent Imaging 
  serviced printing device.
• The loading and configuration of print drivers on unlimited workstations 
  at the location of Accent Imaging serviced printing device.
• Configuring new and updated software packages to print to the Accent Imaging 
  serviced printing device.
• Any non-mechanical connectivity type issues that result in unacceptable print 
  output on the Accent Imaging serviced printing device.

If you would like to enhance your current service contract with this new option, a charge of $25.00 per month will be added to your monthly base charge. Remember, adding this option allows your company unlimited use of this new service. If you choose to decline adding this to your contract, you may still take advantage of this service at the enclosed time and material rates.

If and when you find it is in your best interest to accept this offer on a contractual basis, then simply fill out this form and fax it back to our service department for approval. You should have an answer within a day or so and the charge will be assessed on your next statement.
